Running with The Bulls or Maybe Just the Clock. . .

What is that saying about the road to somewhere we don't want to go is paved with good intentions? Last night I dashed home and began opening my collection of photos, trying to find the ones I had wanted to add to my blog about Cameras. But alas, I got bogged down in going through the pictures and trying to get all those little "must dos" done before the clock struck Midnight! LOL.

Where does the time go? You would think that twenty four hours would be plenty of time to accomplish all that I want to accomplish! But ohhh no. One must sleep and bath and wash clothes, not to mention keeping one's nest somewhat clean. . . . .

But alas, the clock did strike 12 and I had tons of things to do before going to bed, when I finally got there, my mind began to swirl with all the things I want to create and do and share . . .

So I ask you, are we running with the Bulls in our everyday life and are there those everyday events that we could just not do? I have not yet decided that I can go too long with out at least an hour or so of sleep. From past experiences, I don't mind having little sleep, but my half full glass, or my overflowing glass, starts to get sloshed around and oops, I am having to clean up the spills, not to mention I don't seem to want to give out my "Get Out of Jail Free Cards" so freely. Of course, all of us southern belle's know that - Too much lack of sleep makes one cranky and does not help one's "beauty" inner or outer.

So what am I going to do to not get run over by the bulls? I am making a list and reorganizing my every days to see what can be tossed and what can be moved around to give me more opportunity to create and write and twirl amongst my day job.

There are a couple of fun whimsical ideas I want to share, so as I am organizing and re-organizing, with you in the next day or so. You don't want to miss this.

The "Camera" post is coming soon. Need a few more minutes to find all that need to go along with it.

Ok, I can hear the sounds of the bulls coming and the clock is ticking, but I must share with you this little story. Don't think I even have the first picture of this, so you will have to use your imagination. Yesterday, I thought about this wig I had when I was in junior high school and began to laugh out loud so hard, I almost had to pull over so I could wipe the tears away.

Somewhere in the early sixties, someone came out with this wig. It was like a hat with furry type hair on it. You could get it in all sorts of colors. My mother, actually bought me one in white. It was the coolest thing I owned at the time. I can remember thinking I must look like a great model or something. In looking back, don't you know all those adults were rolling in laughter when they saw this sight.

I know you must have memories of crazy items that made you think you were soooo cool, but in fact you brought laughter to hose around you!!!

And what keeps the bulls and time from running over you????
