He has blessed me with creative soul mates that are children. All shapes and sizes and ages. He has given me some of the most wonderful gifts of freedom and healing through these precious ones.
A soul mate can be defined as someone for whom you have a deep affinity and that is so true of those that have personally been chosen for me by Abba Father Himself.
Back in September I had a brief encounter with one of these little ones. Alas, I have no pictures of her - but she is the great granddaughter of my dear friend PJ. Immediately when my brother and I met her she offered us pieces of her art! She was not only creative but she was a giver! How awesome is that!!! No one told her to give, she offered her art freely and no strings attached. . . . There was that instant connection with a little being that instantly touched our hearts! Yes, I will have to ask PJ to send me a picture of her so I can share her with you!
Of course you know that my number one, closest to my heart soul mates, is my grandson Tripp. We share this bond that is definitely a gift from Abba Father, that is so much more than in our relationship than him just being my grandchild. He always draws me to the heart of Abba Father. We have great conversations about God and how we live - unbelievable the Wisdom that come out of his mouth!
This week, I had the pleasure of being around one of my most favorite little creative soul mates. Her name is Abby. Abby has a way of drawing one out of the adult over processed stressful mind, into the world of imagination! All of a sudden, you find yourself in a magical fairytale land filled with laughter and freedom to twirl and dance, kick off your shoes and feel your toes in the fresh green cool grass (it's always green and cool in fairy tale land)! I tell you it is awesome. She is an adorable little princess!
Abby and her brother Collin surprised me with a Frosty. Abby showed me her bag that was filled with french fries. I told her how I loved dipping french fries in my frosty, thinking she would try it. Her father told her to share a fry with me. That is just what she did. She gave me one french fry! How Fun!!

We had a grand conversation on the subject of tea parties, dressing up in fancy dresses, either black or pink, lots of jewelry and fancy shoes. . . . .She and I both love Olivia, as well! She sat in a little postal mailer box and it became a magic carpet sending her to far away places with strange sounding names . . . . . . It was just a great time.
As, you all know my other most wonderful creative soul mates is Joy. The other day her mom sent me this picture! How great is this. . . I now will have to go find me a "sleeping" box.
Creative Soul Mates, Spiritual Soul Mates, just plain ole Soul Mates are those folks that Abba Father sends into your life to bless and enrich your relationship with Him. When everyday life becomes bogged down with all the "Stuff", He sends the very one He has chosen to turn us back to Him.
Take time to look at life through the eyes of a child. Take time to laugh and allow yourself to put your toes in the cool green grass. Allow yourself the luxury of enjoying that creative soul mate Abba Father has sent your way. Your everyday life will become rich and fertile and spill over into the next day.
